1. If the grey fabric is not delivered to the Dyeing Factory on time, the merchandiser should contact purchaser – Xiongfen.
2. After the grey fabric delivered to the factory, its details, covers, yard and category should be confirmed. If there is anything wrong, supervisors and purchaser – Mu Zuyan should be notified at the first time. All the data of grey fabric should be recorded into the system in time. Grey fabric that arrives at night should be recorded into the system no later than 10 p.m. the next day.
3. The order should strictly match the quantity and the normal loss. Pay attention to more or less, color fastness and the hand feeling. The daily schedule of Dyeing Factory should be recorded carefully and as required. It should be sent to the group before 12 a.m. every day.
4. Each category should be registered carefully. If there are any problems in production process, it should be stopped immediately and wait for the supervisor for further instruction. No mass problem is allowed.
5. Pay more attention to the fabric in first cylinder. The fabric should be produced at the first time; the feeling, width, weight and style should be exactly the same as the customer required. If there are any uncertainties, notice the supervisor to check.
6. Every process should be strictly checked: the factory should be constantly reminded of the color fastness, PH value, hand feeling, width and weight. Problems of the color and fabrics should be corrected in time and make sure it won’t happen again. If it cannot be handled, turn to the supervisor for help.
7. Color, weight, width and style of shipping samples should be confirmed. The cloth plate should be attached to the shipping sample. If any there are any unqualified shipping samples found in sample room, it will be severe punishment.
8. Once the customers confirm the shipping sample, bulk production should be sent to warehouse in time. The merchandiser should first check the yard and the quality and notify the warehouse in advance. Unqualified bulk production should never be sent to warehouse. There will be severe punishment if any color or fabric cover problems appear.
9. Finished shipment from Dyeing Factory should be classified according to color as required; the data should be recorded on the day when Dyeing Factory finish shipment, the yield rate table should be sent to Nanjing in 3 days.
10. If there is large loss after shipment, we should definitely find out the reasons and prevent it from happening again.
Notice:
1. The quality and category of sample should be confirmed at the first place. The finished product should exactly match the requirements of the customer, such as hand feeling, width, weight, style, etc.
2. Learn to be associative, produce bulk production as usual when come across a repeated category, such as fabric weight and shrinkage. Yield rate should be always maintained.
3. Every production should be one-time completed. Bulk production and sample should be done in one time, no rework is accepted.
4. Yield rate is of prime importance!
