1. Welcome and thank you

Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, it's July and August. We may only have one chance to sit together once a year, and many people may not be familiar with each other. We gather here to see our achievements, recall our growth, enjoy progress, reflect on mistakes, look for details and improve together. Most importantly, we enjoy this party as a family together. Thank you to everyone around Depei, thank you to every family behind us for their trust in Depei. We can continue to unite together and work hard to contribute everyone's sweat to this big family. This year marks the 18th anniversary of Depay, and I hope that as the 20th anniversary approaches, everyone present can still enjoy the 20th anniversary party.

 

2. Macroeconomics and Industry Situation

Not only is our industry not easy, but the whole society is also not easy. The changes in world politics, military conflicts, and visa applications are all very difficult now. Being able to see the world's confrontation and political confrontation inevitably brings about economic complexity and local conflicts, making foreign trade very difficult. The rise of protectionism, the strengthening of resistance to free trade, including the decline in consumption after the epidemic, has led to a shrinking size of our industry, a gap in the middle zone, and a decrease in intermediate customers, resulting in a situation of going both ways. Our competitive cake is getting smaller and smaller.

3. The company's persistence and change

However, in such a situation, Depay still achieved impressive results, which shows the excellence of Depay, the excellence of each person in Depay, Depay's direction, Depay's choices, and Depay's strategy at this time are undoubtedly correct. It is also because we are always dissatisfied with ourselves, strive to improve, and firmly believe in the principle of quality first and customer priority. Although we still have many problems, we have seen everyone's changes, their centripetal force, their principle of taking orders first, and their attitude towards solving problems. Seeing that everyone has started to clarify their own problems and the shortcomings of the team, they have started to summarize and make changes. Therefore, even though our problem rate is still high and our profits have not met the requirements, we still choose to give bonuses, give more bonuses, and increase the income of each employee compared to the lowest point last year. Due to strong combat effectiveness, internal drive has been transformed into a strong sense of trust. Everyone's trend is upward, and their ideas and perspectives are responsible. Therefore, there must be a data and amount that you are satisfied with. We hope that everyone can feel the commitment of the company and Mr. Cai, and we also hope that everyone can continue the joy of ENJOY's numbers.

 

4. Issues and Challenges

We should not erase or deny our achievements, but at the same time, we should face our problems head-on, dare to admit our problems, and reflect and solve them.

 

Can we quietly think about whether we are satisfied with the financial analysis and summary data? Can we do better? The main problems of the company now are: low profit margin, increased proportion of problems, one-time work, external vicious competition and loyalty issues. But the ultimate problem is that our quantitative changes have not been reflected in our qualitative changes. Our sales have increased, but our profits have not been reflected. For example, if we follow the financial approach, let's imagine that if we increase by 20% and our problem rate decreases by 3-5%, how much more profit would we have? How much is our dividend? So, just now the finance department inspired us, can we make this military order to solve and reduce the problem rate, increase profits, and work together towards our direction and goal. I also hope that everyone, every person, every team, and every manager can know about the company's problems, address them, and solve them.

5. Reflection and improvement

As long as we think about ourselves, we will definitely form a system of "prediction control solution summary re prediction", and only by achieving a closed loop can we effectively solve problems. In the workplace, there may be repeated problems that need to be reflected and summarized, and even some major problems cannot occur. It is important to understand that exporting is not a trivial matter. For example, the composition of RV01-E and the lack of clarity in the purpose of doing things, such as the purpose and repetitive work of RL50 with samples, such as emphasizing the need for strong execution when flipping through orders and pasting samples multiple times, such as thinking and connecting two orders with the same color, our professionalism, such as the tactile requirements of TRSP22, such as RL33's work, such as the quantity of our packaging, such as why RD05 color change is not followed up, such as the professionalism and risk of our NSCP40 communication, such as thinking about the different requirements of different customers, such as the certificate and cost of our recycled polyester, such as the dyeing fee error of our PT49-4 this time, and so on. Can we reflect on ourselves, our team, and our methods for addressing daily, weekly, and monthly issues, so that we can reap rewards. I once told the management a very common saying, 'If an egg breaks from the outside, it's broken, but if it breaks from the inside, it's a life.'. Should we make a dish or a life that breaks through the shell? Let's think about it.

 

In addition, everyone should have dreams, ideals, and believe! At the same time, we need to have a sense of dissatisfaction, that is, an attitude of never being satisfied, so that we can summarize, become better, and dynamically think, solve, and innovate. If we ask ourselves more why, why don't I, why don't I know, why shouldn't I, why did he think, why did the boss think, and why didn't I do it? Only by being dissatisfied with oneself can one always maintain room for improvement.

6. Family consciousness and passion

The company is not you, me, him. The company is your other home. The development of the company requires the efforts of everyone. Each of us, no matter who we are, from the front desk, sample room, warehouse, everyone's role will bring different results to the company. The company needs your sense of ownership, the spirit of your team, your brotherhood, and your close unity. We hope you don't divide us, me, and him. We need your sense of family to help each other.

 

Because it's home, we need to love, we have passion, we get angry but don't give up or feel sad. It's like a child here, because it's home, we always have hope and passion.

 

7. Responsibilities and roles of management

In the process of the company's progress, our management team, especially the middle management, is the focus because you play a bridging role. Your burden is heavy and the pressure is also great. Of course, your progress needs to be the greatest. You must follow the progress of the industry to keep the company fighting. The development of any company is from two perspectives. What do we need? What we can become at Depay is first and foremost our positioning - the ultimate small company. The key to our success is details, control, and ultimate management. What management needs to do, summarized as follows:

 

5 consciousnesses - overall awareness, responsibility awareness, cooperation awareness, service awareness, talent awareness

5 virtues - be strict with oneself and lead by example. Dare to be responsible, fair and just. Be brave to take responsibility, be tolerant and tolerant. Loyal to duty, dedicated to work. Be good at enduring hardships and sacrificing oneself.
